Since we're talking about an insurance transfer, the employees aren't able to add family members by themselves in the Coverflex app - this has to be done by the company. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the following information:
a) policy number
b) details of the employee (name and tax number)
c) details of the family member (name and tax number)

After you send us this email, we will get in touch with you to collect all the information required. Once we have it, we will communicate it to the insurance company and let you know once it's done.
