The ability to edit the budget depends on its status.

  • If the budget hasn’t started yet, you’ll be able to edit every aspect of it.

  • If the budget has already started, you will be able to do the following:

    • change name, description and icon

    • change end date

    • add / remove employees

    • edit individual budget amounts

      • note that if you edit one of your employees’ budget amount in a monthly budget, the change will take place in the next renewal date. If this is a one-off or an annual budget, the change will take place immediately.

  • If the budget has expired, you won’t be able to change anything.
