We'll need your employees':
- Tax number (9 digits);
- Full name;
- Birthdate (please use the format "yyyy-mm-dd");
- Gender (please select male/female from the dropdown box);
- Nationality (please select from the dropdown box);
- Email (you can use the professional or personal email of the employee);
- Phone country code (please select from the dropdown box);
- Phone number (9 digits);
- Address (please don't use commas to input street name building number and door number);
- Postal Code (please use the format "XXXX-XXX");
- City;
- Country (please select from the dropdown box);
- IBAN (25 digits).
You can use our template in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. When you use our template, on column "AY" you will see the results of our control to make sure that the upload goes through correctly. If there's an "OK" with a green background on every line, all is good. If not, one or more of these errors might be happening:
- Repeated tax number - there's another line in the file with the same tax number;
- Repeated email - there's another line in the file with the same email;
- Missing information - if you have a tax number, all the cells of that line need to be filled in;
- Issue with tax number's length - the tax number does not have 9 digits (excluding spaces);
- Issue with phone number's length- the phone number does not have 9 digits (excluding spaces);
- Issue with postal code - the postal code does not have 8 digits and/or it's not under the format "XXXX-XX";
- Issue with IBAN - the IBAN does not have 25 digits (excluding spaces);
- Issue with commas - there are commas in one or more cell on that line.
