What is Coverflex Total and how does it work?

Coverflex Plus is a solution that enables companies to save money while they offer more to employees, and allows employees to maximise their compensation. It combines Coverflex Starter e Coverflex Plus, adding flexibility to the way companies manage compensation. 

With Coverflex Total, your employees have access to a card with three wallets: one for meal, one for budgets, and one for benefits allowance, covering different categories. Companies can even create personalized benefits and can allow their employees to receive their salary earlier – this is possible with our Flexpay solution!

Employees will also have access to the Coverflex app, where they can manage their accounts, check their balance, access discounts from our partners, issue childcare vouchers, set up a PPR (Savings and Retirement Plan), and much more!

Besides these services, you can also include your company's Insurance Management: health, life, and work accident insurance.
