The ability to edit the budget depends on its status. If the budget hasn’t started yet, you’ll be able to edit every aspect of it. If the budget has already started, you will be able to do the following:
- Change name, description and icon;
- Change end date;
- Add / remove employees;
- Edit individual budget amounts;
Note that if you edit one of your employees’ budget amount in a monthly budget, the change will take place in the next renewal date. If this is a one-off or an annual budget, the change will take place immediately. If the budget has expired, you won’t be able to change anything.
