What happens when new employees are added?

If the company chooses to add new employees, Coverflex issues an invoice based on the agreed unit price considering a proportional value (pro-rata) to the remaining period of the current invoicing cycle.

  • Example (monthly subscription): the company added a new employee on 06/16, and his monthly subscription had started on 06/01. On 01/07 Coverflex issues an invoice with the value of the new monthly fee (01/07 to 31/07) plus an additional unit value corresponding to the period 16/06 to 30/06 (15/30 * monthly price per employee).
  • Example (annual subscription): the company added a new employee on 06/16/2022 and his annual subscription had started on 06/01/2022. On 07/01/2022 Coverflex issues an invoice for the additional unit value corresponding to the period 06/16/2022 to 05/31/2023 (350/365 * annual price per employee).

These amounts are invoiced on the reference date associated with the subscription in question, i.e. the next reference day (day of the month in which the company's subscription was activated).
