I’ve topped up an employee’s Coverflex balance with the wrong amount. What can I do?

If you need to correct the amount placed in an employee's Benefits wallet, you can send back part or all of that amount, meaning you can transfer the total or partial amount back to the company's Coverflex account.

 

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the company's Coverflex account,
  2. Select the person in the “Employees” section,
  3. Select the “Benefits” option,
  4. Click on “Transfer to company account,”
  5. Set the amount and click “Confirm transfer of x.xx€.”
