Where can I use the mobility benefit?

You can use the mobility benefit through the Bolt platform for ride services within Portugal.

 

How long are mobility codes valid for?

Mobility benefit codes have a two-year validity period from the date they’re issued.

 

Can I use two €10 coupons for a €20 trip on the mobility benefit?

No, there’s a limitation of one single coupon per trip.

 

Can I use the mobility benefit on Bolt Food, or only on rides?

The mobility benefit can only be used for rides, not for Bolt Food orders.

 

Can I use the mobility benefit outside Portugal?

No, the mobility benefit is only valid for rides within Portuguese territory.
