How does the reimbursement process work for Retirement and Investment products?
The reimbursement process for Retirement and Investment products allows you to invest with your own funds and then submit a reimbursement request through your app. Follow these steps:
- Select the "Retirement and Investment" category available in the benefits tab of your app;
- Choose the reimbursement option;
- Specify the amount, date, and product you invested in (you can select the product that suits your needs, provided it is approved by Coverflex);
- Submit proof of subscription/reinforcement of the product. Once approved by your company, the value of your investment will be transferred to the IBAN associated with your Coverflex account.
My Retirement and Investment plan (PPR) is not on the Coverflex product list. What should I do?
