Topping up your Coverflex account happens through a bank transfer. Don’t forget to include the essential details, such as the reference for payment (we can’t process the payment without it!). Go on over to your company dashboard > “Wallet” > “+ Transfer”.
As soon as the transfer is done, the amount will be available on your employees’ budgets within 3 weekdays.
After the company account is loaded, the individual employee accounts can be topped up by defining how much you want to allocate to each employee’s budget. These top-ups happen in the moment, no need to wait.
