When your company does your onboarding, and if you have been previously covered by another policy for at least a year, you can ask for them to request your inclusion with exemption of grace periods. If you'd rather, you can also send us an e-mail to email@example.com requesting this.
In order to help you with this, we'll need a certificate, issued by your previous insurance company, with the following information:
- Your inclusion date in the policy,
- The coverages and the respective insured amount,
- The date you were excluded from the policy.
Please note that the inclusion date on your new policy should be the following day of the exclusion of the previous one. If this is not possible, the difference between the two dates should not exceed 30 days.
