When will I receive my health insurance card?
If you have received notification confirming your inclusion, the card should arrive at your home address within a maximum of 20 working days.
If you still haven't received the card after these 20 days, check if the address on your Coverflex profile is correct. Then send us an email to email@example.com and we will check with the insurance company.
Will I receive a different card for my health insurance?
Yes, you will receive a different card for your health insurance, that is issued by the insurance company. This is the card you should present to access the conditions of your health insurance.
Where can I have access to my health card number?
If you've received confirmation of your inclusion, all you need to do is download the insurance company's app and register so that you can have access to the virtual card. You can also register via the insurance company's website.

Do I need the physical health card to use the insurance?
Fortunately no. The insurance companies have a digital version of the health insurance card available through their APP, so you can use the insurance without relying on the physical card.

Don't worry, we've got you covered! First, you need to confirm if your adress is updated on your profile. If it's correct, you can send an email to email@example.com, with your name and tax ID, and request a new one.
