I have lost my card. What can I do?

If you have lost your card, you should block it, so that it can’t be used until you find it.

  • You can block it by logging into your Coverflex account, accessing the “Card” section, and clicking on “Block card”.

 

If you can’t find your card, please contact us via chat (available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+1) or by sending an e-mail to help@coverflex.com. We can request a new card for you, and it will arrive at your address within approximately 7 working days. However, this period may reach a maximum of 12 working days.

 

Please note: in order to request a new card, we have to cancel the current one. In other words, if you find your card after we cancel it, you will no longer be able to use it.
