Digital Cards

This article has the following topics:

What are digital cards?

Digital cards are virtual versions of physical cards, which can be used directly on mobile devices.

These cards provide quick and secure access to information and allow payments without the need for a physical card.

They are compatible with digital wallets (Google Wallet/Apple Pay) and can be used at terminals that support contactless payments.

How can I access my card?

As soon as you complete your registration, you will be able to access your card details in the card section by going to Profile > Card.

Does the digital card have a PIN?

The digital card does not have a PIN. Since it is added to Google Pay or Apple Pay, purchases are validated using Face ID, fingerprint, or phone passcode.

For online purchases, validation is done through a code sent via SMS.

How can I request a physical card?

If your company activates this option, you will also have the option of requesting the physical version of your card, which will take 7 to 12 business days to arrive.

If your company has defined that the card should be sent directly to you, make sure you add the address where you want the card to be sent.

If you don't have the option to add an address, your card will be sent to your company's address.

How can I replace my digital card?

This action will only be necessary if your card details are compromised.
